The Natural Laws Found in Self Defense

Natural Laws Found in Self Defense

Martial Arts are taught wrong for a reason. Yes I said it, real martial arts are at first taught WRONG, then corrected as time advances.  Big movement, exaggerated movements are taught to reprogram the brain to learn more about the body and movement.  This helps when done correctly to expose the Natural Laws Found in Self Defense.

As an example many arts teach students to "C-Step."  Are you aware that is actually an exaggerating version of how you really walk? Someone who does not have leg issues will walk in a ZIG/ZAG pattern like below.

Natural Laws Found in Self Defense

Natural Laws Found in Self Defense

This movement happens because of the way your hip retracts with each step. It also will explain to you why it is such a challenge to walk a straight line.

A gymnast learns to overcome this issues by changing the rotation of the hips when they perform on a balance beam!.

Natural Laws govern all motion. Proper martial arts training is a breakdown of old ways of movement, and a buildup of new better ways to move the body. An understanding of the way the body works. When this is turned outward we begin to see the Natural Laws Found in Self Defense.

Blocks are Strikes

Blocks are Strikes

Another example is a "block." There is really no such thing as a block. Everything is a strike. When an untrained person has someone punch them there is a natural response to this. Perhaps the arms come up and protect the face as an example.

However the martial arts will teach a technique, and call it a block. They have to override the impulse to throw the arms in the air to defend. Instead they do an block, that is actually a strike.

Kyusho Jitsu is Everywhere in your art!

The science of pressure point self defense is part of every martial art. It is part of the Natural Laws Found in Self Defense! Now it is in every art in the sense that pressure point strikes and pressure point related joint manipulation are present. [nerve strikes]

Learn Kyusho Jitsu

Kyusho Jitsu is in all martial arts

But out of the box there is little information given in most cased.  It has been bled out of the systems in order to expedite the program and advance the sport aspects. Once it is reinstated the martial art or system once again becomes deadly.

What are Natural Laws Found in Self Defense?

It is beyond the scope of one article to explain everything, but I will delve into it some right now! Let's look at a few examples.

A man is attacking you, preparing to throw a punch! Where will he aim? Will he attack you where you stand, or will he predict your movement and punch where you are going to evade him?

Perhaps he will try to punch you in the face or other center of mass? Or will he attempt to hit your shoulder? Do I really need to answer this one? I hope it is obvious.

After the Punch - Natural Laws Found in Self Defense

Let's jump ahead here to after the punch is thrown.  We can read the body language, see the signs and have a pretty good idea that an attack is coming. But after the movement begins, where is the attacker the weakest?

We know for a fact the majority of his power is at the end of the projectile, his fist in this case. If he hits us solidly there will be damage. But because of the Natural Laws Found in Self Defense, like the Yin-Yang Theory we know that were there strength there MUST be WEAKNESS!

Kyusho No Touch Knockouts

Yin-Yang Theories of Kyusho Jitsu

Do you train to see this weakness? Also do you train to attack this weakness? What tool can be used to counter attack? And what will the effect be? Plus what angle must I be at to get the optimum result?

When it comes to Natural Laws Found in Self Defense I am only scratching the ice on the very tip of the iceberg! And yes, this is not beginners information!

How do you learn this?

The science of pressure point self defense has a BIG part in the equation that is self defense. As I have stated many times it is NOT a martial art, but a system that is incorporated into an art, to reveal its true potential!

The good news is I have a solution to all these questions! An expanding of the understanding of Kyusho Jitsu and the Natural Laws Found in Self Defense. Hence making this information critical to anyone truly interested in real self defense!

Is it easy? No, there is some serious study and work to learn it! I am called the package of this information, this understanding of the Natural Laws Found in Self Defense and Kyusho Jitsu, "Quantum Kyusho Jitsu."

Self Defense is Neurological

Self Defense is Neurological

Self Defense is Neurological

Self Defense is Neurological

The root if all Self Defense is Neurological! It does not matter what we are taking about, including in MMA style of sport combat, it all gets down to the neurological. Back last year I made a post on a well know martial arts form about Neurological Knockouts. There was a comment that if pressure point strikes are neurological why do we need Kyusho? Because they are inseparable! Acupuncture is about the neurological also, but they just don't want to say it.

Watch this video, then below I will explain it!

The Nervous System

What happens in this knockout? Very simple really, the Uki's unconscious mind become confused because both of his hand have crossed center. This happens in the brain any time you reach across your own center line. The unconscious mind looks for the limb that crossed by connect the 2 hemispheres of the brain more closely. When I kick him at SP-11, which is a DANGEROUS point the brain rebooted to protect itself. The body protects itself by "relaxing" to prevent serious injury.

What makes this area dangerous? If the femur were to break then the femoral artery could rupture. The femoral nerve protects this! In a life of death situation I would kick this location for all it is worth, assuming the opportunity to do so. If you do not believe this ask your doctor or an orthopedic surgeon.

Everything is Neurological

So I am hoping you can see that everything is self defense is, after you get past learning the movement in martial arts, neurological. So if you are not studying the science of pressure point self defense WHY NOT?

Here is a great opportunity! I am going to offer you a 10 Video Neurological Knockout Course the unbelievable LOW PRICE of $7.97! This course is worth at least $40 and usually sell for $19.97!

How can you go wrong for the price of 2 Starbucks coffees?

Dim Mak is Advanced Self Defense

Advanced Self Defense

Advanced Self Defense

Advanced Self Defense

What do I mean by Advanced Self Defense? What exactly is the reference here to Dim Mak? Let me explain.

Self defense is a complicated subject. There are never any guarantees when/if you are attacked on the street. Remember this is NOT a fight. This "person" has a motive and it has NOTHING to do with his or her ego. Unless you are unfortunate enough to encounter a serial killer.

There is no way to predict anything when it comes to being attacked. Sometimes you see it coming because you are being "interviewed" while other time the attack can come long after the interview. So there is a lot to prepare for!

3 Types of Attack

First we need to understand there are ONLY 3 ways to attack someone after the interview. These are the physical methods of attack. You will either be

  1. Pushed first
  2. Grabbed first
  3. Punched first

Now a knife is the 3rd option.  If you don't see it coming you need to rely on your self defense skills, based in your root art, with hopefully the addition of the science of pressure point self defense to make you more effective!

If you see it coming, realize you are being interviewed, you can then prepare for what comes next. This gives you opportunity, if trained properly, to assess the attack, like he did you, and use this information against him! Therefore this is what I mean about Advanced Self Defense.

It is also what the Dim Mak Project is about.

Dim Mak Project

The Dim Mak Project is what I would consider to be HIGH LEVEL Kyusho Jitsu Study. But then these are only "names." What it is all about is advanced self defense under the circumstances that you know the situation is going bad. It is learning to be aware and see the weakness in the attacker and capitalize on these weaknesses.  With this in mind I created the Dim Mak Project Development Courses

Currently we have 2 courses. The 1st one, and the place you need to start is the Novice Dim Mak Development Course. This covers all the basics of truly advanced self defense learning you can apply to your root martial art system. The second is the Intermediate Dim Mak Development Course which launched May 15th 2018 and is about "applications" for the information. Therefore helping with integration into you art.

The Fight or Flight Reflex and Self Defense

Fight or Flight Reflex

The Fight or Flight Reflex

The Fight or Flight Reflex

Understanding the Fight or Flight Reflex is a "master key" to teaching and accomplishing successful self defense. But from what I have seen in the industry only a hand full of teachers actually understand it. Below is a definition.

Fight or Flight Reflex: "The fight-or-flight response is a physiological reaction that occurs in response to a perceived harmful event, attack, or threat to survival."

Now pretty much everyone understands this on an intellectual level. The issue is people do NOT understand it on an application level.

Application of Fight or Flight Reflex requires some specific training. Some people have "natural" control when it comes to this, I was lucky to have been one of these people. But this is a psychological occurrence and not related to normal martial arts training like some think. I will also say this categorically, this response has nothing to do with ring fighting, or sport. You DO NOT experience the Fight or Flight Reflect in a ring.

Training it

When this reflex kicks in one of two things are going to happen. You will freeze like a deer in the headlights, or your will fight back (or run). This is a massive dump of adrenaline to the systems, chancing blood flow, heart rate, breathing rate and many other physiological occurrences. You can train this in a martial arts setting by slowing ramping up "stress training." My favorite methods were to simulate an attack in the dark. This was a student favorite, and also multiple attacks. What martial arts teacher often don't get is this is the students response is look at first. Then after they get used to these things happening you worry about the defense.

Step by step!

Next we need to look at the tools required, once the student can deal with the response of the nervous system, required to end the conflict FAST! The very best scenario is to be able to end the attack in no more than 3 strikes, preferably one! Before i go on I will point out that everything happening here is due to a neurological response. So why would you not learn to take advantage of that?

The One Hit Knockout

Recently I was at a seminar with a Hapkido presenter, a very well respected man and rightfully so. What he was teaching as street caused me concern because it seemed to be the wrong level of escalation. If you put someone in an arm bar who is trying to kill you what will you do next? What will you do if his buddy is near by and is going to cut your throat?  Self Defense is not 1 dimensional. You are also not going to press a point and finish the fight.

You need to strike the correct place, the correct way and fortunately there are MANY such places on the body. Your root art training should be able to get you there! If not you need a new system.

There are also many systems out there and teacher who want this kind of information, but do not wish to commit to a full study of the science of pressure point self defense to get it. I have a solution for this! Back in 2017 I released a book called Understanding Neurological Pressure Point Knockouts which teaches how to knockout someone out with ONE HIT pressure points.

Science of Pressure Point Self Defense

Pressure Point Self Defense

Pressure Point Self Defense

Pressure Point Self Defense

The world seems to be going crazy therefore the Science of Pressure Point Self Defense become more and more important.  Now I am not going to bother to get political about this. But the problem is the people putting up with it, not fighting back. For me, here in Romania, in east Europe which is very safe, quiet and peaceful it is about protecting my own.

No matter what style of martial art you study it can always be improved and made more "street" and "combat" ready. It is is really just movement we learn. Beyond that there is knowledge to be added to this movement.  The rules change all the time, and we need to change with the rules. Why? So we can break them effectively!

First are you new to the study of pressure points? The very BEST thing you can do if you are is join my 30 Day Free Kyusho Jitsu Mini Course. This will get you started on the path. You don't need to change what you are doing, just enhance it! Fill out the form below and get started today!

Self Defense Today

As I have said the world has gone crazy and the face of self defense has changed. Today you are being WATCHED. Even more than you know! For most people this is insignificant, wrong, but insignificant. Until something goes wrong. Many people end up on the wrong side of the law because they defend themselves and the surveillance video makes them look guilty.

So how does pressure point self defense help this? It allows you to "mask" what you are doing by using the attackers body against him.  You are able to "hide" techniques and get maximum results. When you "clock" the guy you can look as if you are using "excessive" force. A neurological knockout is much better and very different in appearance! But for this you will need to spend a few dollars. Not much JUST $7.97 to get a 10 video beginners course that will really get you started! Learn more from the link below! It is ONLY the price of 2 coffees at StarBucks!

Chance Favors the Prepared Mind

I love this quote from a Steven Seagal movie but it is true! "Chance Favors the Prepared Mind." There is nothing more important than you safety and the safety of your loved ones. This can no longer be guaranteed by anyone. So you must be vigilant and do the work!  Don't wait, get started NOW!

If you have any questions please comment below. Also share this and other posts with like minded friends on social media. In conclusions take a read of this post from last fall on the 13 Misconceptions of Knife Attacks. There is a lot of great information here.

The Art of Self Defense

Art of Self Defense

Art of Self Defense

What is meant by the Art of Self Defense? This is a term that refers to martial arts training, learning and practicing an "art form" that can also be used in self defense. However today this has lost much of its meaning. Therefore becoming a big issue.

The best defense is not a good offense! That is a sport term, and does not apply to the street! There is an old saying "it is not what you do not know that is a problem, it is the things you think you know that are not true." These are wise words! In a real street attack you can NOT stand your ground and battle it out! That can very quickly get you killed. And I don't care WHO YOU THINK YOU ARE, it is just not true! Many times as the attacker encounters difficulty a knife comes out that you do not see, and it is FINISHED. The idea of battling it out it just your ego talking. Save that for a ring.

Be Safe FIRST!

The most important thing in any attack is first to identify the problem, then to most to a save position so you can do one of two things. These are:

  1. Flee if possible. There is NO glory in a battle!
  2. Attack if required and END the conflict IMMEDIATELY!

Those are your only 2 logical options. Beyond this it is a police matter.  As for the first option there is an ancient method of movement in the art of self defense. It is a natural movement study and VERY effective! I know I have used it! I will link below more information on this for you.

The next step is to end the conflict by attacking the neurological and obtaining an knockout. The guy, or girl won't revert to a knife, or use one if they are unconscious! And all of this information fits into your current art form without big changes! Just new options!

Here are 2 great options for you to look at!
