What is the best way to learn Kyusho Jitsu? Well you first need to make the decision to do so. Then you open up different opportunities to begin! For me it involved a drive of 180KM one way 1-2 times per month on a Saturday. Where I sat in a classroom for 3 hours, taking notes and training. I loved it! But not everyone has this kind of opportunity! I was fortunate also because there was a waiting list when I joined!
Like I said to begin you need to decide to pursue it! First decide to set aside some time each day to read. take notes, and prepare to add the knowledge to your training. You want to make this study a "habit." Like martial arts training in the Dojo is! It takes 21 days to create a good or bad habit. Expanding knowledge is a good habit! I am sure there is lots of wasted time you can cut to improve your knowledge!
